Refund Policy

Our refund policy states that if you have made a payment which is outside of your contractual obligations to Bill Free Homes, which you believe should be refunded to you. Please email rents@billfreehomes.com and we will endeavour to ensure your money is returned with 28 days.

All payments requested by Bill Free Homes are governed by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and the Housing Act 2004.

All deposit payments are registered with www.mydeposits.co.uk and once a full deposit is received (everyone in a group) a deposit registration certificate will be produced within 30 days.

If 28 days have passed, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund.

As our payments are for contractual obligations, we do not offer an exchange policy.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
