We are called Bill Free Homes because our rents include all of your bills - utilities, water rates, TV license, broadband, personal insurance and 24 hour emergency call out cover. We also use energy from renewable sources.We are a member of Student Home Zone , Durham's largest provider of homes for students.

We are based in the Student Home Zone Shop, three doors along Elvet Riverside lecture theatres.
