Important message regarding return of deposits

We aim to return all deposits within 10 working days of a final deposit amount being agreed, as per the My Deposits guideline.

However, getting to a stage when a final deposit amount has been calculated may take a number of weeks depending on the following factors:

  • Was your house clean graded as an A and has a cleaning receipt been handed in?
  • Was your moving out pack completed (fully) and handed into the our office?
  • Are there any repairs that needed attention that may be tenant cost if so have you reported them prior to leaving?
  • Have you provided details of your bank account via

These are the stages we must go through before calculating the final amount to be returned. Hopefully for your property, the answers to the above questions will be positive ones and we can return the full amount to you quickly.

We understand that it is frustrating not to receive the deposits back as soon as you leave but this is impossible to do in light of the issues that we have to deal with.
