Important message regarding return of deposits
We aim to return all deposits within 10 working days of a final deposit amount being agreed, as per the My Deposits guideline.
However, getting to a stage when a final deposit amount has been calculated may take a number of weeks depending on the following factors:
These are the stages we must go through before calculating the final amount to be returned. Hopefully for your property, the answers to the above questions will be positive ones and we can return the full amount to you quickly.
We understand that it is frustrating not to receive the deposits back as soon as you leave but this is impossible to do in light of the issues that we have to deal with. It is a long process made longer by having to explain this to everyone, we hope that this message may avoid the need to speak to someone but if you wish to speak to someone about this please click here.
Thank you for your patience and we will write to you in due course when the deposits have been returned.
